There is plenty to do and experience at Camping Tiveden and in the nearest beautiful and wild nature around.  As well in the whole surrounding area:  all in the wonderfully relaxing atmosphere of unspoiled nature; primeval forests, boulders left by the shifting Ice Age, deep lakes and wildlife :)

Various hiking and biking trails are available everywhere, the perfect opportunities to paddle in
both canoe, kayak or boat. Also a beautiful canoe route is organized from the campsite, as well as sailing - both independently and guided.

​

You can swim directly from the private dock and have fun in Lake Unden - there is a water trampoline! Additionally, we can point you towards horseback riding, a high rope course, and more. There are also fishing lakes in the area. Welcome to beautiful, wild Tiveden!

There is a wonderful newly built wood-fired sauna at the campsite with the option to take a dip in the cold bath or directly in the clear lake Unden, and you can grill your hamburger or steak in the very cozy new grill hut directly at the lake, with your family or group of friends.

Right next to the campsite is our own little harbor with an accompanying dock. Here lie our various boats that you can rent. There is also a boat ramp, primarily for our own boats that we rent out, but also for guests' boats to fish in Lake Unden. Fishing permits can be purchased online via Ifiske.se.

We rent out almost everything you can think of: canoes (Canadian-style), kayaks, SUPs, rowboats, motorboats, surfboards, sailboats, and bicycles. We also have sleeping mats, tents, and why not try sleeping in a real hammock?

Minisurvival

Would you like to experience a unique nature experience over several days?
Are you in the mood for a little adventure? Then choose our exciting mini-survival through the wilderness of Tiveden! For three days, you’ll cycle, hike, and paddle – starting directly from the campsite. A fantastic and unforgettable experience to share with your best friend, a few friends, or your family. This activity is suitable for everyone, young and old, but it does require a good basic level of stamina. All information and an overview of the mini-survival can be found here.

We can help you discover nature in the way that suits you best. We have plenty of information available through maps and the internet.   Feel free to ask at the reception!

For us, nature and outdoor experiences are number one in what we want to offer our guests. However, because we love being a family campsite, we sometimes offer something fun for the kids - completely spontaneously and mostly not planned in advance!  Like a clown, magician, karaoke, crafts, bread baking by the campfire, or a volleyball tournament. These kinds of activities.

There are several grilling stations directly at the lake where you can meet, make a campfire, grill, and enjoy together while taking in the most beautiful view in the world and a unique sunset every evening over the wide clear Lake Unden.
