Tipimys – Something Truly Different!
Our own restaurant concept and gathering place in the large tipi by the reception :)
For the past four seasons (since the Covid-19 pandemic and the uppcomming restrictions), we have been offering cozy dining experiences in our large tipi tent. This outdoor restaurant concept has proven to be a great success with our camping guests.
Inside the tent, the chef prepares and cooks meals on the large Muurikka (using fresh ingredients, preferably sourced locally) while guests settle in, enjoy a drink, and listen to fitting music. Then we wait to see what maybe happens... ; )
Since coziness is our priority in the tent, we can also organize other activities, such as a spontaneous dance floor, a troubadour singing, a birthday celebration, karaoke, or fun activities for the kids.
To join us for dinner, you need to sign up in advance at the reception for the evening you wish to participate. Below, you will find an overview of the dishes we serve on different weekdays.

This applies during the high season. In the low season, Tipimys is somewhat more limited. So please check with the reception.
Monday Closed
Tuesday Moose stew with fresh baked potatoes
Wednesday Flying Jacob - (Flygande Jakob)
Thursday Smoked char and fries - take-away
(The tipi itself is closed; you order and pick up the fish and possibly fries at the reception.)
Friday A typical Swedish Friday night = Tacos ; )
Saturday The chef's own Pytt i Panna
Sunday Cool grill night
What is included as extras: salad, bread, sauces, coffee with a cookie, etc.
Wine and (strong) beer can be ordered in addition to the meal (we have a permit).
Of course, we can accommodate allergies/dietary preferences; just let us know in advance.
